This document is a required filing and disclosure with California's Department of Finance, also referred to as a "Form 399". This document records the economic and fiscal impacts (if any) that are reasonably likely to occur if an amendment to regulation is made.
The California Energy Commission has determined that the proposed amendments to regulations are not likely to cause economic or fiscal impacts to the State of California, as the proposed changes are administrative in nature: the majority of changes reflect preemptive changes to federal law, and the remaining changes are updates to regulatory language that similarly maintain programmatic status quo.
